Markdown Monk is published by Marketing17. One address reaches us, and a person reads it.
We read everything that arrives and reply to most messages within a few working days. We are a small team, so a slow reply means a queue, not a policy.
What to write about
- A conversion came out wrong. The most useful reports include the Markdown that caused it, the format you exported to, and your browser. With a sample that reproduces the problem we can usually fix it the same week.
- Something in a guide is inaccurate. Point us at the page and tell us what's wrong. We correct rather than quietly delete.
- A résumé template gives poor advice for your field. If you hire or screen in a profession we cover and the sample would not pass your own review, we want to hear it — this is the feedback we act on fastest.
- A template we don't have yet. Tell us the role and we'll consider adding it.
- Press, partnerships, or advertising. Same address.

Why there's no contact form
A form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server. Markdown Monk is built so that nothing you type reaches us unless you deliberately send it — that principle holds for the converter and for this page alike. Email keeps the record in your sent folder as well as our inbox.
Before you write about a broken export
Two things resolve most reports on the spot. PDF export uses your browser's own print engine, so if margins or page breaks look wrong, check the print dialog settings first — Chrome and Edge give the most predictable results. And if a heading or list didn't survive an export, the cause is usually Markdown syntax the parser doesn't cover; the Markdown cheat sheet lists what's supported. If neither explains it, please do write.
