Google Consent Mode v2

This site implements Google Consent Mode v2. When you land on the site, all Google advertising signals default to denied before you make a choice. Your decision (accept or reject) is immediately communicated to Google's tags via the gtag('consent', 'update', ...) API.

How to manage or withdraw consent

You can change your consent at any time by clearing the mm-consent key from your browser's local storage:

  1. Open browser DevTools (F12)
  2. Go to Application → Local Storage → markdownmonk.com
  3. Delete the mm-consent entry
  4. Reload the page — the consent banner will reappear
